"Very dirty, not too helpful staff. Biggest problem how dirty the rooms and staircase was. Elevators were broke, the staircases were gross."

"We just left this Best Western for a graduation and our family had an incredible stay. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the staff went out of their way to leave Congrats Grad gifts for each room. The stay really helped our trip run smoothly. I would stay here again."

"The staff was nice. When we got to the room, we couldn’t figure out to work the smart Samsung tv. I called the front desk multiple times for help. Couldn’t even get regular tv. Then the fridges in the lobby were basically empty for drinks or snacks."

"In one was on property. We have to call a phone number they left on a note to get us checked in. The heater in the room very noisy. I dont know how to adjust it. And there is no one on property to talk to . It is just a messy situation. We haven’t slept well. For breakfast, no coffee ( thermo there but it is empty !!) again , no one there to help. It was a bad experience for us. I do believe if someone was there, probably the experience would be much better. Very disproportionated ! "

"This hotel seemed to be undergoing some fixing up or possibly a change in management. The rooms were sorely in need of renovation and upgrades. The key to the outside door didn't work during lock-up time posted. There were stacks of furniture in the parking lot. We didn't get any housekeeping during our stay. The staff were nice but it seemed they could use help and were scrambling to keep up with everything."
