"Most importantly Breakfast ends at 9am which is kind of insane when you think about travelers going to your hotel and wanting breakfast. Beds and pillows were pretty poor. I wouldn’t go back."

"I was hit on by the person checking me in and then when I didn’t reciprocate, he turned to my brothers to mock me. There was no hand soap/soap bar and we were given body wash to use for handwashing. There were old cheetos on the carpet from previous guests. Pool and hot tub were nice. The listing says free breakfast which was a major reason I chose this location just to be told they no longer offered that. I wouldn’t have been as annoyed about that had the listing been accurate and I did not...

"The pool was actually quite small. I had a room with a tub with jets, but the jets didn't work, and there were no cups, which would have been nice. Otherwise, it was a good stay, and the staff were very helpful a couple of times.The room was cleaned very well. The air conditioning was good, but noisy as usual."

"The staff at Springhill Suites are the best. Always happy to help. Breakfast bar is good and well stocked. The only negative comment I have is that there is not one bench or chair where a smoker can sit for an occasional smoke. Seems a bit unfair for us smokers."
