Khách sạn Cedar Cliff , Hiawassee

"We stayed here because we went to a concert at the Georgia fairgrounds next door. The property is old and dated. The beds are springy and in dire need of replacement. The bathroom fan didn't work and the bathroom floor had stains indicating that it had not been mopped because I used a wet towel to clean it up. The bathtub was stained permanently and if you rubbed your finger along the top of the shower insert, it was filthy! The room smelled musty and there was a dehumidifier on the nightstand...

"This was our second stay at the cottage and we will be back. It is fully furnished so restaurant lunch leftovers can become dinner. Absolutely quiet and private."

"beautiful property & views right on the lake. back of property. lakeside, especially nice and well maintained. Overall very good experience, friendly & helpful staff, nice updated/renovated room with great comfortable beds, large HD TV & excellent shower and bathroom. Older property and building which still needs more updating, maintenance & renovation - especially parking area, hallways, and some other common areas. Roof repairs being conducted when we stayed there in early October. Amenities...

"It is in need of an update...mattress, sink, tub, paint, pictures."

"Beautiful setting and very clean."

"The hosts were nice. The rooms were clean and neat. The food was delicious. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. I would recommend this place and would definitely use them again."

"Great location on the lake. My husband and I kayacked, fished, brought our pup along. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. The owners were more than welcoming, anticipated our needs before we thought of them. "

"plenty of parking just know there is parking in the back of the hotel."

"All of the staff that I encountered were nice and professional. The room was fairly clean, however, maintenance is lacking. The filter in the HVAC unit was MONTHS old and the AC could not get within 6 degrees of my set temperature (set 69, room 75). In addition, there were drain flies that emerged from the bathroom sink a few times when the water was run, and the shower floor corners showed signs of mildew and mold. Calling the front desk from the room phone DOES NOT get you in touch with the...

"My mom and I really enjoyed our stay. Rooms and buildings are renovated, the area and surroundings are very peaceful, lots of activities to do & staff is very friendly, except for Chris at the front desk who does not seem to want to be there. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown Helen. Loved the oldies music being played at breakfast!"

"Great location, friendly staff, clean, great amentities and breakfast!"

"Nice clean. Relaxing."

"What a wonderful experience! We were welcomed at the resort entrance with a written note. Upon reaching the hotel via a winding mountain road, we were greeted by Jan who offered us a glass of wine and checked us in. She escorted us to our room and said to call us with any need. She later gave us a tour of the amenities of the resort. The dining experience was superb overlooking the golf course. Breakfast was delivered to the room in the morning. My wife and I agree that we’ll be back for a...
