"Convenient, clean and great restaurant"

"Carpet was wet and made the room smell musty. The one chair in the room made an obnoxiously loud squeaking noise every time you leaned back. Not enough towels or toilet paper - had to ask for more on day 2 of our stay. Will not be staying at this hotel again."

"Hampton inn has been my preferred hotel for years. Lately the chain has not been a step above the rest. Not a huge deal but there was coffee drips on the bathroom sink, clearly wasn’t wiped down. The bed was made very sloppy. Sheets not tucked in and hanging uneven. Like I said, not a huge deal but doesn’t make Hampton Inn stand out from other chains. "I wish I had caught her name, but the lady that checked us in was amazing. Friendly, personable, helpful, and prompt. Breakfast was decent, typical continental options but also some healthy toppings for oatmeal offered. My only feedback is that the indoor pool was freezing. Not sure if the heater was out, or if they just don’t have one, but was definitely too cold for our kids."

"I accidentally made a reservation at this hotel, not realizing the date on my search had reset and was no longer correct. Within about two minutes of making the reservation, I caught my error and immediately called to cancel. The hotel was completely inflexible and charged me full price for a room that I wouldn't be able to stay in. It was an honest mistake that was caught quickly. I'll think again before staying at a Days Inn."
