"The pools are beautiful and clean. There is a variety of heat from very hot to lukewarm to a refreshing cool in the large pool. The grounds are beautiful with flowering plants and lots of birds. The breakfast is really good. Great value for this lodge."

The entire staff from the front desk, restaurant, maid service, and spa provided exceptional service and support. I'd rate the professional masseuse more than five stars and probably the top three of massages I've ever had, which have been many/globally! "The view of the Volcano and Mountain from our room. We were also able to see everything from the poolside of the resort. Room 504 is absolutely gorgeous. The staff were kind, room was cleaned daily with robes placed in the closet. The cleaning staff decorated the bed daily with a new design. It was cute. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious. "
