"We had a lovely stay, the place was nice, it was close to some lovely walks on the beach and in nature parks. We liked our hot tub but it was just a tad too hot and it wouldn’t cool down with the controls, we even left the top open and it stayed at 40 degrees, we couldn’t stay in for very long. The shower was either boiling or freezing but we still enjoyed and can’t wait to go back some day :)"

"Little romatic getaway for me and my partner .
Perfect location ( did struggle finding it )
But Perfect. Warm, cozy loved sitting by the fire pit each night . Shower was toasty, beautiful views, animals and under the stars "

"Absolutely amazing accomodation. Nice, clean, quiet.
We spent 9 nights here and when we had to leave we were sad for going home. We'll come back here every time we are visiting Wales again.
Absolutely beautifull place to stay at"

"Staff couldn't do enough for us, especially Marc who looked after us in the restaurant. Pool was great for the kids, beds were comfy and even fans in the room which is what we needed in this heat."
"We stayed for one night. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained, and our room was spacious, although the décor felt tired and in need of updating.
The biggest issue was room service. The welcome book said orders had to be placed at reception, so I queued there, only to be sent to the bar. The staff member at the bar didn't know how to process room service orders, which I didn't mind, but then suggested I return to reception. After explaining I'd been sent from there, a supervisor finally took my order. What frustrated me was being sent from one place to another, wasting time, only to discover reception could likely have taken the order all along.
The food was tasty, but £18 for a burger and chips felt excessive, and it arrived without cutlery.
The next morning, my husband was unwell and had barely slept. I asked for a late checkout but was refused despite explaining the circumstances.
The taxi numbers in the guest book were largely useless, and when we called reception for help, they simply referred us back to the same list.
Lovely setting, but poor communication and disappointing service."
"This was, unfortunately, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share my experience.
This was my first visit to Liverpool for an event, and I would like to start by recognising Richard at the front desk on Friday, 22 May 2026. He was extremely helpful in guiding me to the hotel car park and made me feel welcome and at ease after a long journey. The front desk team, particularly Richard and the night shift manager, were the only positive aspects of my stay.
The biggest issue was the breakfast service and the attitude of the kitchen staff. During check-in, I was informed that breakfast was served from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., with hot food available from 6:00 a.m.
On Saturday, 23 May, I went for breakfast at approximately 8:30 a.m. and asked a member of staff whether I needed to be checked in before entering the breakfast area. Her response was cold and dismissive, with no eye contact, smile, or attempt to be welcoming. She directed me to another colleague, who displayed a similarly unfriendly attitude.
When I reached the buffet area, many of the hot food trays were empty. There were no scrambled eggs, mushrooms, croissants, or beans available. I informed a member of staff, who said she would check with the kitchen. However, there was no sense of urgency or concern, despite breakfast service still having an hour and a half remaining. I waited approximately 15 minutes before some."
"We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The twin room was clean and spacious, the air conditioning was quiet and easy to adjust. Mattress, pillow and duvet were great, very comfortable for a good night‘s sleep. Only the adjacent door(s) to the connected room (which were locked as we only booked the one room) could have been better insulated as we could hear the guests in that room talk at night (luckily not for too long but it could otherwise have been an issue). Also the vent in the bathroom didn’t work which we addressed so hopefully it got sorted.
Breakfast incl. coffee was good.
All in all a very pleasant stay."
