However, we found the customer service and amenities disappointing. We were not provided with a change in towels or bed sheets throughout our 11 day stay. As well, after one roll of toilet paper we had to go buy our own. One of the staff was reluctant in calling us a taxi. "

"Wir waren auf Kurzurlaub da. Die Lage ist gut für alle Betätigungen rund um Caorle. Die Anlage ist sauber, gut gepflegt mit netten Häuschen und ausreichender Poolanlage. Nach Caorle sind es 10 min mit dem Auto. Parkplatz und Strand-Ausstattung ist inbegriffen, das WLAN ist aber schlecht - wer es denn braucht. Appartement-Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig (z.B. Keine Weingläser in Italien!!!)- Eigener Shop und Pizzeria vorhanden. Insgesamt OK."

"Nous avons loué une caravane pour visiter Venise en avril. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la plage ou la piscine qui avaient l'air très bien car il faisait un peu froid. Il aurait fallu une couverture supplémentaire d'ailleurs car nous avons eu très froid la nuit. Sinon, les draps étaient fournis et bien propres, le logement fonctionnel et propre également. Il était impossible d'avoir des informations sur le trajet vers Venise avant de venir (le personnel ne parlait ni l'anglais ni le français...

"The Residence is really nice, clean and new. So we liked it really will recommend it also to friends. How ever there are some pints which we really didn’t like: The equipmepent is out of the market! They have a filter coffee machine what is not so really usall in use. We are traveling so much also in apartments never saw this. How ever it’s ok but no filters available it means you have to go first buy. Beside of soap they give you nothing. No welcome present water coffee tea nothing…. The...
