"The rooms are nice and clean but the air conditioning is too high and the rooms are freeze and this kind of cold doesn’t help for sleeping! There was no way to lower the temperature! The breakfast was not available for early flights, there was no option for doggy bags, so unfair for the clients, considering the price paid! The staff was very nice and helpful !"

"My stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton was absolutely amazing! I stayed on the top floor with a beautiful view overlooking the pool. The suite was very nice, clean, peaceful, and quiet — exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating from the moment I arrived. I checked in early and they not only gave me access to the pool while I waited, but also allowed me early access to my suite which I truly appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with plenty of great options. The location was perfect — conveniently close to both the airport and the beach. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience and I would definitely stay here again!"

I love the location of the hotel right in the middle of everything. The room was clean and had an amazing view; I enjoyed waking up being able to see the ocean! "Alberto greeted us almost immediately upon arrival. When you get there, there is a number to call him on the front gate because there is no office or lobby to check in to. Coco, the dog, is the hotels mascot. She rules the roost during the day. You’ll often see her sunning herself in the atrium. She is super friendly. The restaurant on site is only open Thursday to Sunday. They run on island time so don’t expect them to quickly serve you. They are nice, however. Very limited menu. They are open from 2-9 I think. There is no ice machine on the property but there is a microwave under the stairs in the atrium. Fridge in room. The lack of ice bummed me out because I like to take cold water to the beach with me because it is so warm there. Beach is right next to the hotel so access was next to perfect. A three minute walk up the beach you can find chairs and umbrellas to rent. The drive from the airport is under 10 minutes but the route can be tricky so make sure you pay close attention to your GPS. It’s settled back in. There are only a couple of parking spots and street parking is virtually impossible to find. Alberto mentioned he would help us find a spot somewhere if when we came back, there wasn’t a spot available. Beds are not comfy but the room was quaint. Just like any other island room. Property was beautiful. We saw lizards and crabs in the atrium. Tons of cats all around the outside of the property. They don’t come to you but they also don’t bother you. "

"Beautiful resort with a lot of options for pools, bars and restaurants. However, the food we experienced at several places was just "ok", and it was very expensive! Drinks especially were extremely costly. Our best meals were off site at local places. Nice touch though in the room with the fancy expresso maker and including coffee, that was good to have in the mornings."

"Took my wife there for our five year anniversary. Hotel was great. Staff was great. Food was great. The island was great. We had a beautiful time."
