"city transport card not provided until check in at night. It should be emailed a day before check in. Very delay in check in process, waited for 45 minutes to check in. Need more and efficient reception staff to facilitate the visitors. Breakfast was good, filled up quickly with varieties of items available. Room and toilets were clean, well maintained. Room had electric kettle and coffee tea options, liked it. Recommended to everyone. will visit again"

"The place is beautiful. It's located up a hill, so if you don't have a car you can walk ~12 minutes down hill to a small cafe with good food for dinner. There is also a multi-course Michelin restaurant on site for several hundred dollars. There was no elevator, so we had to drag our luggage up and down steps and around narrow corners to get to the room. The room was nice and comfortable. "We needed a hotel near the Geneva airport for a morning flight, did not want to get stuck in Geneva rush-hour traffic. Perfect location for that. Next door is the amazing, great-priced Seazen Buffet. A budget hotel (an "industrial park" area, not a downtown or touristy area), safe and clean, easy parking, Cambodian owner and staff are super attentive and friendly. Quick access to the main highway right into the airport (15")."

"Very clean the breakfast was lovely all very fresh. I emailed in advance to advise a 40th celebration just got a printed birthday message which was folded wrong on a bit of paper. The pillows were really uncomfortable. Requested slippers so I could go in the sauna never got them. If you want robe or other pillows you have to request from reception them carry to your room. Location was great and reception staff helped with directions."
