"First of all, the room has a tiny window, it gets so hot there's no ventilation system. There's no phone in the room, so you can't call reception in case of an emergency. There isn't even a refrigerator in the room. The staff are very inexperienced and slow. It takes them 25 minutes to take our order ..."
