"Excellent customer service. The staff was helpful and friendly. The guys from the Roof Top Restaurant at the hotel were very nice. The Manager Ulises went the extra mile. He help me locate my Suitcase because my suitcase came 24 hours. They were checking on me because I went to a 4 days excursion and stay longer. I apppreciate everything. "Our room was fabulous. We got upgraded to a King Suite complete with jacuzzi tub in one of the two bathrooms. Great service from housekeeping staff and restaurant was good as well. Location in La Paz was perfect to walk to local attractions and restaurants. "
