Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Staff on reception were inattentive. Hotel room was dirty, food was cold and not labelled. Drinks were served in cheap plastic cups throughout the hotel and cocktails were an extra expense.
