"It was a sound proof room. We had a king size bed, the mattress was from not soft. There were large pillows, 2 firm and 2 soft. "Location is very central for Zagreb to see the main sights. However it is located within pedestrian only streets, so drop off is not at hotel entrance. Fortunately our arranged driver knew where to drop us nearby 100m with hotel sign in view and I managed to get the hotel porter to help us with our large bags. Many nice restaurants around area. The staff at reception were helpful and friendly and checking in was efficiently done. The room we had was large, clean but furniture looks dated....

"This is a good hotel considering its price range. It is located in the center of the city and has good access to other places. I arrived in midnight, which makes it a bit difficult to find a room key as it was dark in the common space without light."

"The apartment is nice, a little older than in the photos. The only problem is that it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator. We didn't know this and we had 8 pieces of luggage. The hostess is very helpful and attentive."
