"Immaculate & Clean rooms. Reception staff was awesome also, was soooo rushed after xmas shopping that morning, we had booked a room to just RELAX. To the guy on reception hes just awesome and calming, telling me to just take my time, bless you x and we will be back to stay for sure."

"The room was very clean and tidy the price for the room was very fair i was also put in a room next to a busy road but the room was almost sound proof which was fantastic. It's located right next to a shopping mall so all amenties are just across the road. Staff were extremely nice and helpful will be staying again, when in the area."

"our room has the most beautiful hotel design we ever seen in a hotel room. hotel has such a great location and you get to see the best of Brisban in one day. Our room has fantastic view of river/park/skylines. If we have a chance to come back to Brisban, this will be where we stay again."

"Whilst the location was ideal and the setup seems nice (good quality kitchen and furniture etc), the walls and ceilings seem to be made of paper. You can hear everything going on in the accommodation around you like you're in the room with them. Luckily, they actually supply earplugs in the arrival pack!! I was also woken up by cars wheelspinning outside in the middle of the night so maybe not a nice neighbourhood. The arrival instructions also confusing where it showed 2 different parking...
