The bad was awful to sleep in. Toooo hard. My pillow had foam stuffi g in it and it separated in the middle. No rugs to wipe your feet by bed. No carpet all lamenting flooring. The towels wete very thin. There were gnats surrounding the bathroom sink and drain. Will nevet stay there again."

"I'll probably stay again because the location is good. They are in the middle of renovations but that didn't bother me. I couldn't decide if my room had been renovated or not. It had all the regular amenities and the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom door wouldn't open all the way because it runs into the toilet and the hot and cold water in the sink was on the opposite side of the H and C on the faucet. I appreciate the uncarpeted floors because they seem much more sanitary than carpet....

Toilet made awful noise when flushed and back part of toilet was lifted when we arrived. Some sort of disgusting looking red splatter on ceiling, and heater system seemed somewhat faulty. Worst stay at a Boise hotel I’ve ever had."

"Immediately walking in, the hotel is super clean, and the front desk clerk was very welcoming and friendly. In fact, every single person I interacted with was very nice and helpful. The room was also very clean and surprisingly spacious. The pool wasn’t quite open yet for the season, but it looked really nice from what we could see. There is a nice enough fitness facility as well as a Jacuzzi and sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again!
