"Great breakfast "

"Vahid and No. 5 east are just a sheer delight! The house is lovely, breakfast was great, and Vahid is so welcoming and cheerful. Only minor complaint is that, in the winter, if you aren't in a car, the nearest restaurants and shops are a bit of a walk, especially if it's winter."

"Some of the furniture and fixtures are showing a lot of ware. Opened the window and the crank broke and wouldn’t close. Everything was clean though and staff were very accommodating. Bed was ok at best, but felt like sleeping on a large futon. "

"Because of severe weather condition, the air conditioner could not make the room all the time. One of the elevators was out of service for my whole stay, and the only one was very busy with some issues. The safety of the area was terrible, and some security crews were assigned in different floors."

"We normally stay at the older Sandman, but decided to splurge and try the Sandman Signature for three nights for my husband’s birthday weekend. Unfortunately, the stay didn’t live up to the price. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly both at check-in and check-out. When we mentioned our concerns at checkout, they said they would pass them along to the manager, which we appreciated. However, the bathroom design is very poor. If you’re staying here, I would strongly recommend...

"I booked at this hotel and they called me before check in and moved me over to the Fairfield. I am not sure why and we ended up having to call front desk over a noise complaint at 2:47am. Will not book with either property again."
