"I was terribly disappointed with the Wood Springs Hotel in Medford Oregon. The rooms were designed in a utilitarian fashion that was supposed to have a kitchen. However, the microwave didn’t work. When I asked the front desk about the microwave, they said there were signs throughout the facility stating the microwave weren’t working in their hotel. "The room was clean but there is only hand soap, no other soaps offered (you have to buy them from the vending machine by the office). We had a non smoking room that smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The staff was decent, they probably deal with nasty people so they seemed to have little patience for anyone.
