"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Booked because it was a reasonable price. The hotel maintenance can use an upgrade. Seems like they don’t pay attention to details. The property needs some upgrades. I am not talking about luxury, I’m more concerned with cleanliness and upkeep. Some of the outlets weren’t working and room needed a deep clean. "Both rooms we got were very hot and took most of the night to cool down. As the ac was off when we got there."

"I just stayed for one night so the room was serviceable for what I needed. I did find someone else's food on the fridge, which made me wonder how well they had cleaned the rest of the room. But as far as I could see, there wasn't anything out of place or extremely dirty. It was ok."

"We used this for an overnight stay after arriving from the airport. The staff member couldn’t find our booking and despite handing my ID over and him asking my name 3 times still seemed to get mixed up. He then sent us to a room with someone already in it. When I went down he didn’t seem to care and just handed me another room key. The rooms themselves were actually decent. Good for a nights sleep."

"No ice machine in this heat not good. After this location was remodeled from an old Motel 6, it reopened several weeks ago as the Park Inn. Our room was so what okay but the remodeling job was substandard. We woke up the next morning with ants in our room."

"Room was reasonably clean but the outside property area was bad. Breakfast was bad, no power to toaster and refrigerator, and black tea was not available. Not that much choices on breakfast items. When we asked the staff about it, they were not helpful at all."

"The front desk was out of quarters and there wasn’t another way to do laundry. Also, the 4th floor elevator didn’t work going down. You had to push up, then go down. ( would have been nice to be told that) Front desk guy at night was so kind and helpful."

"The rooms we stayed in were nice, clean and comfy. The a/c worked great and the pool was fun. Neighborhood felt safe. We skipped breakfast but there is a cracker barrel nearby. Free washer and dryer in the middle of our roadtrip was great!"
