Just was not good for the handicapped with no handicapped parking near the room and no ramp. Room was ok and staff was good, but not really accessible for wheel chair old man. Why do online check in only to repeat at front desk.

Walked in to the room and the first thing I see on the chest of drawers is a live roach hanging out.. like he helped pay for my room. The bed was very uncomfortable. The water pressure and hot water was nice tho I will say that.

We got in the room the television wouldn't work so we had to call the front desk to come fix it the rooms need to be upgraded,the bed slept horrible the bathroom shower was the worst I ever seen.The breakfast was horrible so it really need to be upgraded a lot I seen a crack in the wall in the bathroom.

Well everything was fine until 9 the next morning. House keeping walked in while we were sleeping. Then they came back 5 minutes later and walked in again at an inappropriate time. The in 15 minutes later they walked in again and we were nude. Check out was not till 11. But ended up checking out an hour early. I went to the office and complained and all the lady did was apologize and said they were new house keepers. So I called and spoke to the manager a man. Told him what happened he to only apologized and offered us a free stay. I told him I would never return to his motel. All he could to is laugh and said there was a language barrier because the house keepers were Mexican. So I told him I want a refund.

I was very surprised by this hotel- it was very nice, room was excellent- like a studio apartment. Area was clean & parking was plentiful. Close to the main highway, but it was quiet with eating establishments in close proximity. Staff was super- professional & friendly. Breakfast was adequate and area was roomy. Sometimes there was a slight sewage type smell, but it was not noticeable in the room.
