"Beautiful and charming B&B, lots of care in the details like cohesive design of the shared living spaces to feel both curated and cozy at the same time. Some features are due to be updated, ie the commercial carpet in the bedroom; however, it was clean and bright, beautiful grounds and landscaping, parking on-site and friendly and helpful staff."

"Hotel staff was very helpful. There was an issue with Expedia booking, but the staff was able to handle it. The restaurant was amazing. Top quality food and the bartenders get a 5 star as well. Only thing I would point out is the exterior does not compliment the interior. I intend to stay here again."

I picked up the phone in the room to report the issue and the phone did not work. I walked to the front desk and reported this. "I was very pleased with the choice of this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and efficient. The bed was comfortable and I was delighted to find a wooden floor in our room rather than carpeting. The breakfast was excellent featuring real scrambled eggs and fresh berries as the fruit offering. I would definitely choose the Best Western in Morristown on a return trip."

"Outside was nice inside was messy the floors were not vacuumed. The trash was very stinking and not cleaned. Had to ask for everything no cups plates pots were not in room. Ask three times for a glass insert for the microwave, never received it still missing. Hallways needed vacuuming. Stove had black something on it that stuck on pots had to scrub them."

"My children immediately complained about the stale, musty odor. One is very sensitive to mold and was having some problems. They commented that it smelled like a nursing home. My room was spacious as was the bathroom. The air conditioner/heater had some sort of bags put in it (3 I think) to try to improve the smell. The breakfast was nice, with an attendant bringing fresh cooked foods often. "

"The Hotel Coffee was extremely too strong. I went to Burger King every morning to get coffee. The rooms could use a small keurig coffee maker. Add some bacon for breakfast."
