"Beautiful place, nice comfortable room, loved the back patio area. Staff was kind of rude. In fairness, the whole place was full of kids for some convention. Maybe they’d had a long day. Ha! We got checked in easy, had a comfortable night’s rest, and really loved the location. I’d stay here again. "

"It was really nice day, but they had to keep coming in to fix the shower which didn’t get fixed. They were supposed to fix it the day after we left. Finally, they did finally get it fixed I think."

"Hot tub had a few inches of gross water in it. Condition of hotel was a bit worn but okay. Found toys and old trash in our room so not sure how thorough they clean the rooms. "

"Staff were friendly. We were told that the location was under renovation after checking in. Our room definitely needed some fixing. We had 2 bedroom for 6 days. One of the rooms vents was extremely dusty, one table outlet didn’t work and ceiling was patched up. The headboard had old adhesive stickers on it. The bathroom had rust or something around the drain. The other room was okay. There are no dressers in the rooms. We had to use the small drawer on the night stands and the TV stand in the living area. The outlet in the kitchen by the table is broken. Then we had to slam our door every time we enter or left the room. We had to stay because we already paid and it was short notice with no other places available for that length of time needed in that area. Won’t stay again. "

"The floor of our room was dirty and had a pen under the chair, a piece of black plastic under the bed and the carpet needed vacuumed when we arrived. The tile at the pool could have been cleaned better and there were never enough towels at the pool. The front desk staff was not friendly or inviting. The door in the hotel room did not lock nor have a door handle so my toddler was constantly opening the door and getting into the restroom. "

"I only stayed in the room, did not use anything else during my stay. Had problems with the toilet for two days before they fixed it. Shower was good but sink had very low water pressure. Cleaning staff was friendly, neighborhood felt safe "
