"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We actually ended up with an upgrade to a family unit, that we really appreciated. We used the indoor pool a couple of times, and the outdoor hot tubs seemed very busy. They appear to be renovating some of the rooms, so it might be even nicer for our next trip!"

"We did not stay in a theme room but the regular rooms are in great shape and are quite spacious. Beds are super comfortable. There was some early morning construction going on that I thought could have waited until at least 8:00 or 8:30 but that may have been outside of the hotel's control since it was the roof of the waterpark that was being worked on. "

"The hotel has a great pool and hot tub area. There is perhaps a shortage of parking but there is plenty of street parking right next to the hotel so it's not too big a deal. Overall good value for the price we paid. "

"Parking was impossible on the weekend , room Wasn’t cleaned once .never had are garbage emptied or fresh towels delivered . Hot tub wasn’t working right and wasn’t very hot . Warm at best "
