"Without a doubt, the view of the pier and city skyline was the BEST part of this hotel experience. The room was pretty large and had a great sitting area to read, gaze at the water, people watch, and relax. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. Everything I needed and wanted to do for this trip was at the Navy Pier so the Sable Hotel checked all my boxes."

The hotel was also accommodating in holding our luggage after checkout since we had a later flight, which we appreciated. That said, there were several areas that could be improved. "I really liked my stay at the Knickerbocker hotel because the staff was so friendly, polite, and helpful!!! Also, the hotel was very fancy!!! I felt like a princess staying here! Breakfast was very delicious, the rooms were very clean, and my favorite part was the spinning doors!!! 😊😀☺️ Thank you so much for this amazing stay!!! "Drinks were super expensive at the bar but everything else was good. Except for the TV in the deluxe room could be better positioned. Ended up with a sore neck trying to watch something."

"Wonderful building, strategically well located in a very beautiful Chicago area, staff is super friendly and accommodating, I got there early and they had no problem assigning my room inmediatly, I booked a panoramic room, the view was breathtaking!! The restaurant service is also great, I had a delicious breakfast and they have a very appealing brunch package. I will be coming back every time I have to work in Chicago!"
