"The hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and furnishings newer. There are a lot of rooms so you could be placed far away from the elevator. For us that was not an issue but I could see it being so for others. "

"Nice location. Plenty of cafes and grocery stores withing walking distance. Bus lines a block or so away to go downtown or uptown cheaply. "

"The room was very clean and well prepared when I arrived. Staff were very kind checking me in. Very close to some restaurants, convenience stores, and not too far of a walk from popular places such as Millennium Park or the Auditorium Theatre. Overall a great stay for a much better price than many of the other hotels nearby"

"It’s all good but they didn’t allow me to take just a cup of coffee to my room and that I did not like at all. After seeing the tiktok where girls washes underwear in hotel room coffee machine I will never make coffee in hotels rooms ever and that’s why I wanted to enjoy the morning coffee from dining hall but wasn’t allowed therefore my rating is F "

"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. The coffee maker has and old and used pod in it. The bathtub was clogged then my room wasn’t cleaned on a two night stay. I’d highly recommend any travels to avoid this property at all cost. Then to charge a destination fee of $25 per day but run out of food choices a breakfast is incredibly. Id describe this as a historic...

"This is a very dated property. It looks like it has a new owner. Who's trying to patch it up but much work remains. For example, the beds are very lumpy, and the first room I was given had black mold on the bathroom ceiling. As black mold is dangerous the room should never have been rented. I got another room. I can recommend this hotel only it you have no other alternative given it's good location "

"The location of this hotel can't be beat. You are a quick walk to all CTA lines, Metra, and bus stops. You can walk to the Riverwalk, magnificent mile, and Millennium Park. The hotel room (2 double beds) had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. The furnishings are showing some wear and tear, but all functional.
