"We had such a wonderful time at Back Bay Inn! The bungalow was cozy, private, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We loved how dog-friendly the property was, it made the trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Buffy our dachshund loved it. Check-in was a breeze, and everything felt smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with comfort and charm! We will be back! "

"Wonderful overnight stay: clean, great location, easy parking, a quick walk to the town/Main Street, breakfast included, great value for price! José the gardener made our visit by letting us know about the different plants and flowers that they planted/maintain at the Squibb House. He was so friendly and personal-really made our visit such a treat! We will definitely come back when visiting Hearst Castle and the elephant seal rookery!"

"This inn is beautifully restored! The furnishings and details are amazing! Breakfast was delicious and the cookies, wine, and charcuterie in the evening were a nice added touch. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Parking lot is a added plus."
