José the gardener made our visit by letting us know about the different plants and flowers that they planted/maintain at the Squibb House. He was so friendly and personal-really made our visit such a treat! We will definitely come back when visiting Hearst Castle and the elephant seal rookery!"

But the fondest memory I will have of my stay at Cayucos Sunset Inn were the mornings I had breakfast in the cozy decorative parlor with my 6-year old grandson...and being served by vivacious & engaging Gretchen, who enlightened us about objects my grandson was curious about...while delivering such delicious meals from the inn's fantastic cook.
