"Upon check-in Raul was friendly and helpful. Upgrade VERY MUCH appreciated !!
Like the safe location to all attractions. #1 best place to stay while in town. Parking is appreciated; handicap parking should be free;$25 per night is high perhaps a discount for those with placards. Bath tub backed up @ first use but it was promptly taken care of. Thank you."
"There was blood everywhere and the water was white and dirty. There was men digging outside and the parking lot was a mess. The woman manager was extremely rude and didn’t want my service dog around because she is scared of dogs. They charged my son and promised refund that he never got. Housekeeper and manager walk in the rooms without knocking even with a do not disturb sign. They overwork one young housekeeper and I had to purchase my own linens and cleaning supplies."
"We had a great time staying at Oxford Suites. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We loved that they’re pet friendly and even have a small dog park outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well."
"Great location. Wonderful staff. Large room. Room was clean but the shower and tub had some mold along the inside edges. It was a dog friendly room and I did find some urine on the wall and baseboard. Did not smell like pets were in the room. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok. Overall a good stay. "
"Our room and the grounds were very clean. There was plenty of room for morning and evening walks with access to the beach. We had a quiet and relaxing visit."
"A slightly disappointing stay, had expected better from a Hyatt. The internet was very poor in the hotel bedrooms, but worked fine in the lobby area.
The room was very spacious, but the soundproofing was poor & could hear the crying/ screaming kids upstairs/ next door. The patio was very disappointing, just a narrow balcony with a view of a bush.
The restaurant was good and the cafe shop & lobby area had nice seating.
Overall I would not stay here again & it was not good value for money."
