"Had a wonderful breakfast fixed for us"

"I had a hard time checking in late. The number listed on Expedia didn’t work. The property manager/owner isn’t onsite in the evening. Another person staying helped me get checked in. It was difficult to tell where the entrance was. It wasn’t lit up. The room we had was so cute. The property owner was nice when we net him and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!!"

"Meg, was an incredible host. She was friendly. The rooms were clean. She made is breakfast in the morning and"

"I can’t begin to explain the beauty of the property. It is truly heaven to wake up, look out your window and see the mountains! I sat by the river and crocheted. Looking at the gorgeous scenery and hearing the peaceful river is beyond bliss. The place is absolutely gorgeous, spotless, unique, close to town, and has an awesome breakfast. It’s not a matter of if we come back, but when. I don’t know what else to say except you will NOT be disappointed if you book any room in this wonderful...

"We had a great stay! The property was adorable, the staff kind and courteous, and served me a fantastic gluten free breakfast both days. Highly recommend!"

"Doc & Judith are nice and vet interesting, I wish I had looked them up before meeting them so I could have had more in depth discussions. The house is quirky and full of character, with many bars, restaurants, and fun spots to hang out within walking distance. But the night life can be a little loud if you prefer an early bedtime. Their are 2 dogs on property, but that was a bonus for us, as was the banana bread. Would totally stay here again."

"Great location. The happy hour was nice with wine and cheese. However, we did not find the bed comfortable. We thought the breakfast was poor quality, like did that quiche come out of a box? I thought $450 for JUST a room was way over priced even if it is Boulder."

"I loved the concept of this property. When I met the staff, I realized they are friendly people but just seems very disorganized. Attempting to get prompt communication from them was impossible. I tried to get late check in instructions the evening before I landed and did not get an answer for almost 24 hours and it was after I landed so I was forced to make a trip to Loveland to keep my bags at a friend’s place rather than being able to hold them at the lodge. Also, a major safety concern - a...

"Beautiful B&B ! Welcoming owner ! We would recommend for sure!"

"Nice old Victorian home. Lots of historical memorabilia. Great location. Breakfast was excellent. The hostess was pleasant and helpful."

"We have stayed at Rose Street B&B several times, and we always look forward to the next trip! Helpful, friendly staff, great breakfast, fabulous mountain setting."

"This place is so cute and unique. The host was super cool and welcoming. Room was clean and well stocked. I do wish the bed was a little softer, and the pillows were a little firmer. Other than that"

"Fantastic staff, quiet and clean place. Thank you for making our time here so great!"

"Very nice, historic home with old world charm. You’re able to roam the property and see the ballroom. Breakfast is made to order. Host made an exception for me as I only wanted toast with jelly and black coffee. Walking around in the neighborhood was very nice with all the old houses."
