"Hotel is ok, but too expensive."

"The place is worn, the rug was unraveled. The shower knobs were tricky to turn off and in. The drain was slow to drain and the coffee maker did not work. FAR too overpriced ."

"Pros: Enjoyed a cocktail at the reception desk, a really nice experience after a long drive. Nice location, easy walking distance to town. Good Mexican food at Felix’s. Mattress, towels, linens, soap, shampoo etc all high-quality. Great light but satisfying breakfast: yogurt parfait, good coffee. Cons: Receptionist was efficient though not terribly friendly. Air conditioner was noisy enough that it affected our sleep. It’s something I mentioned to the owners via a text that they never responded...

"The building is old, but clean with a comfortable bed. Not fancy but not bad for the price."

"This hotel is about 20 years past it's prime and in need of a renovation. Don't expect the latest here. That being said, it was a good place to spend a few nights. Easy access off I-70, good food within easy walking distance. The rooms were clean, if in need of an update, and the place was comfortable and safe. We had a river front balcony and that was a great way to spend a few hours."
