"My two adult daughters and I just loved this hotel! It is so charming and lovely. The location is good as well. Leticia at the front desk was helpful, the other people not so much. The rooms are huge. Room 305 was absolutely amazing. It was large with a nice view and very comfortable, completely charming. The presidential suite was the biggest and most beautiful room that I have ever seen. It was amazing. The problem was the clubs nearby make the room so loud it is almost unusable. The hotel sent me a message about this a few days before but it was too late to change. Also it was hard to imagine it could be that loud. It's like a band is in the room until 4:00 in the morning. Additionally, the lights around the mirror do not turn off. So if you want the room dark you have to turn off all the electricity, which creates other issues. But it was really a spectacular, well-designed room. We loved the biblioteca. The breakfast area was lovely."
