"Unfortunately, we had a poor experience. We arrived to store our luggage at 8:30 AM, where we were asked to come back at 12 PM. We did not ask to receive a room early, but were told by an employee to come back then. We arrived at approximately 12:30 PM, and a different employee immediately began stating “no rooms, no rooms”. She did this before we had even arrived to the counter to inquire about a room, or before we had even said hello. She raised her voice at us at this time. I told her that we had been told to come back around noon, but that we were perfectly happy waiting as we knew check in was not until 4PM. She then continued to raise her voice at us, and I truly felt emotional due to being spoken to that way. Again, I was in no way upset about not getting a room early. I was upset over being spoken to in this way before we had even made it to the desk. Whilst we were sitting in the lobby waiting, this employee stood in the doorway and proceeded to smoke cigarettes while other people in the lobby appeared to need assistance. When we went to the desk later in the day, this employee refused to speak to us, and instead another employee stopped what she was doing with another customer to assist both people at once (we were perfectly fine waiting, but this other employee clearly felt bad and was attempting to make up for the behavior). I am not one to leave a negative review, but I wanted to make others aware of this experience. I would not be comfortable staying here again."
