"I spent one night here and would not spend yet another. The room is clean enough, but tired and shows it; the fridge in my room leaked."

"Check-in seemed laboriously slow. There were about 20 or so passengers coming off the shuttle - this on a day Delta had weather changes to flights. I arrived pre-registered and it took 30 seconds. Other passengers ahead of me made it seem like a drivers license waiting line, perhaps with staff filling out information. Yet other passengers piling on items to be purchased. I wonder if it was possible to FastPass check in with a reservation code someday."

"Everything was great except the place is just old. Room/bathroom was old, wallpaper was coming off the wall, curtain rod for the shower was loose, flush handle for toilet was loose/falling off, etc. Just seems like maintenance was lacking, but it was clean, nice and staff was friendly enough. Restaurant staff was very slow. Especially our waitress…. I got our own silverware and sharing plates… wasn’t worth asking her to wait 2 hours for a plate. Service charge was automatically included in...

"Beds and room were clean and comfortable. It was quiet until 1am when the people upstairs decided it was time to wrestle. My husband complained to the front desk where you could also hear the commotion. She offered us another room (why move us?) He told her no we're have been traveling all day how about telling the people causing the issue to be quiet or get out."

"Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast prices are VERY reasonable...my daughter and I had a nice sized breakfast for only $25. Restaurants staff was attentive and friendly."

"Kind staff, nice breakfast. It seemed like everything was recently renovated, but the room was very damp, especially the carpet. This made the floors feel a bit wet & sticky, and walking from the bed area into the shower made our previously clean feet leave black footprints on the shower floor. The carpet did appear to be newer, so I don't know if the area is generally very humid, or if the carpet had been recently cleaned with a very soapy solution and just wasn't dry yet."
