"25 year anniversary the reception said we don’t even acknowledge these event. We got married in this hotel and they don’t give a rat’s ass.
Our room was for 2 adults and 2 kids.
We had a VIP room with a free breakfast and 10% for the others. They said we only had two adults and the kids had to pay full price.
We told them we paid for a room (201) with two beds. 1 for my wife and I and one for our two kids.
They didn’t care. We had to pay the Q188 quetzales. Money was not the issue...

"I will start off with the positive aspects here. The staff is very kind. They do work hard and try their best, so this review has nothing to do with their efforts. They also have a decently cute garden on site and parking was easy considering the hotel was in the city.
The main negatives were the bed was as hard as a rock, the pillow was paper thin so I woke up with bad body pain. Without AC the room was stale & hard to breathe so I kept in on, but when it was on there were super loud clicking...
