"The property was very nice and clean. The staff was great. Very helpful! I was there to attend a concert at DECC and when I mentioned that I was planning to walk to the arena I was told there was a complimentary shuttle that would drop off/pick up at the venue. What a wonderful service!! The driver was very nice and accommodating. My mom who didn’t go to the concert was taken and picked up safely at the casino downtown. I am very impressed. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely stay...

"We were pleased overall. The room was nice and good size. We had a king lakeview with sofa and balcony. The balcony had 2 good chairs and an odd table that we finally figured out how to use. Great view of the ship canal and Lakewalk. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice - separate instead of being in a tub. The staff was helpful and we enjoyed the warm rooftop soaking pool. We didn’t use the indoor pool. We also thought the nightly s’mores and fire pit were pretty fun. Great location. The...

"This was not a success. On arrival two nice people at the front desk did not seem to know what they were doing, and one handed off to the other. On the way out, we left (unavoidably) a day early and the person on the desk was not empowered to accept our early departure. However, worst of all, we are pretty sure the sheets had not been changed on the bed. We arrived at around 4pm and almost immediately left the room for the evening, so we didn't pay much attention. When we came back around 10:30...

"This was one of the most run down and dirty places I’ve ever stayed at. We had two rooms, neither of which had been cleaned. The floors were dirty. The room and bathroom had random hair everywhere. There were spider webs. The only positive was that the bedding appeared clean. The restaurant served items straight from a jar or freezer. Trust the reviews and find a different location."
