"Great stay will stay here again"

"Checked into my room, when I walked in, there was a string chemical smell. Then, after laying in bed for a while, watching a show on my phone, a roach crawled on the bed next to me. Called the front desk. She switched me to another room, saying, "But, it's non- smoking". I told her the first one was supposed to be and she said it wasn't bc my reservation was for smoking. I double-checked, wrong. I reserved non-smoking in the first place. Then, the top security lock was broken on the door so I...

"The window was dirty. The towels were stained the tub had a huge patch of fiberglass on the bottom that was rough and hurt your feet. I had to wear flip flops to shower. The shower was stuck on so when you turned the water on you couldn’t adjust the temp before getting hit with freezing water. I’m a big disabled guy and they didn’t have an elevator. I had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to my room. The door had to be pushed open because it was dragging on the carpet. It was hard to close...

"Comfortable beds, close to the highway so try to stay towards the back of the property. Solid breakfast options."

"Under new management and I believe he's doing better also trying to make the property better as a whole."

"We checked in late (4:30pm) and were told that the room still wasn’t ready because it was being cleaned. We were finally able to get into the room around 4:50ish and stayed long enough to see how awful it was. We talked to the front office and told them we couldn’t stay. The man at the front desk was nice, but told us there was nothing he could do about a refund."

"Great"

"I’ve been to about ~20 hotels in my life in various states and this was one of the biggest & nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in for the price. The only thing I would recommend is adding bacon for breakfast but this hotel was so beyond my expectations that I can’t give this location less than 5 stars over a breakfast preference. I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re passing through."

"The room was clean and the breakfast provided a lot of options. The only downside was that the water temperature fluctuates a lot while taking a shower. It goes from hot to cold and you have to wait a while for it to get hot again"
