"We were passing through the area and found this hotel. We like and enjoy the room with the free upgrades to a king bed. Also the scenery of the hotel was awesome. Alot of details into the art and sculptures. The breakfast was great too."

"I had a very nice stay at this hotel while attending the Illinois State Fair. I stayed in the original part that was built for Route 66 traffic. The lobby and common areas has lots of Route 66 memorabilia to enjoy. The hotel and my room was very clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. My room was large. I believe the hotel was updated in the late1990s so the decor is a bit dated, but is in great shape. I had read a few reviews that said the hotel smelled, but this was definitely NOT...
