"Comfortable, convenient and clean"

"I enjoyed the room darkening shades, room was clean AC was nice. The pool was down for maintenance. The exercise room, 2 bikes were broken, there was NO sanitizer bottles or wipes to wipe down the equipment, hand sanitizer was empty. The kitchen staff was very nice, but the microwave had not been cleaned in a while, reminds you of a college microwave."

"Room wasn't ready initially, but we got the check-in and parking done and were texted as soon as the room was available. Spacious room, good black out curtains, comfy bed, functional TV, spacious bathroom with decent shower and plenty of towels. It did get quite noisy at 2:30 am in our hallway as there were wedding parties returning from their celebrations. We didn't do anything about it because you can't make drunk happy people shut up, you can only make them drunk angry people. Breakfast...

"We arrived for a two-night stay and were assigned to the second floor. We had a person in a wheelchair with us and were told that the hotel did not have an elevator. AND that there were no other rooms available. So, coming from out of state we parked ourselves in the lobby until the clerk suggested calling his manager. After about 15 minutes a room magically appeared. We had to have our keys rekeyed about 6 times because they were locking us out. The TV didn't work when we arrived but we...

"The AC worked well and there was a dehumidifier in the room which was nice. The rooms weren’t well maintained and definitely needed updating, especially in the bathrooms. The bed linens were clean, the service was good, it just needs updating. Not sure I’d stay there again until changes were made."
