"We expected more for the price. The staff at registration wasn’t overly welcome or friendly. Overflowing garbage cans throughout the property. The staff at the market were friendly as was the gentleman working the dinner buffet. The outside activities were fun and plenty full. But, Wouldn’t stay there again."

"Sierra Meadows is a hidden gem!! The property is so peaceful, clean and quiet that we didn't want to leave. The cabins are wonderful tiny homes with everything you'd want in your own home, including AMAZINGLY comfy beds. Everything was so clean and just perfect. Can't wait to go back!"

"Great variety of amenities available. I stayed in a small tent cabin and had to go outside for bathroom & shower. Fun glamping. I’ve been here before in their cabins and their hotel rooms. Very clean. No dust or spiders, clean bedding, nice heaters in tent cabin and bathroom. I’d probably stay in the tent cabin again but only when it’s warmer. Excellent food in the restaurant. Great vibe, with Virginia Creek and small trails alongside the property. Must see "

"We recently stayed at this property for one night. The inn is located off a fairly busy highway and sits next to another property that appears to be boarded up. The good: We were able to get two rooms for well under $200, which was a great value. The bedding seemed clean, check-in was quick and easy, and our rooms were ready when we arrived. The staff was friendly, the property was quiet, and we appreciated being able to park right in front of our rooms. It’s also just a short drive to Sonora....

"I was Bridgeport for work and selected The Walker River Lodge for convenience. It may look very retro but the room was great. Due to the time of year, I was able to park right in front of my room which made my stay easier. All in all, it was a really nice facility."
