"Parking was excellent. Room was spacious and very nice. The staff were awesome. Unfortunately I was disappointed there was no pool or jacuzzi anymore. I wish they would not have taken that amenity out."

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options, and the dining area was always clean and stocked. Parking was easy and convenient, which made the stay even better. "The lady that prepared the food in the morning was charming and interested in our travels. She was very efficient, frequently checking to see that there was adequate food for her guests and restocking. She was always on the move, wiping down the serving area and removing trash. We owned restaurants and we recognized that she’s an asset to your business"

"The shower was not hot, the shower pressure was a trickle, breakfast was bad enough that we found a restaurant the second day (out of eggs, the waffle maker was not maintained, so you couldn't remove a cooked waffle cleanly. There was a false alarm at 4:22 am with no follow up to let guests know that it was a false alarm."

"Everything was great. I wish the breakfast would have been better. And that the shower/tub in my room would have had more pressure and not so hard to get a good temperature. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold. "
