"We stayed in the caboose for a night heading up to Iowa from AZ. It was just as expected and more. Cute small space with all the amenities youd need for a short stay. Very quiet location off the main road in a heavily treed area outside of town. It was super cool sleeping in an actual caboose. There is a main house a short distance away that can be rented as well. The owner left us a gift card for a coffee shop she owns and that was fantastic as well. Paid for our whole breakfast order! She was...

"It's under renovation right now but once it's done, it will be absolutely amazing!"

"Someone did a good job remodeling the place some time in the past the new tile, shower and counter work look awesome. They hired lowest bidder for the plumbing and its a mess. The doors through out the facility are not hung properly and bind when closing. The breakfast was an up grade from the holiday inn express and quality inn I stayed in recently and the pool was well kept."

"This is a local motel...not a part of a large national chain. So there are not some of the "chain" amenities like a hot breakfast or an ice machine (however the owner did go back inside and brought us a bag of ice) The owners are very nice and accomodating as noted above. They responded very quickly to any requests or questions we had. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The price is very reasonable. We would stay here again if in the area."

"Simply put, this was the best value I’ve ever had. Not only was the place big and gorgeous and roomy, there were gift cards for breakfast, a speakeasy, and a car wash. It was an awesome experience. First class all the way."
