"They refused to honor the expedia rate. Wanted me to pay more and when i sent them a screenshot of the booking they said my rooms is not available and put me and my family in a smaller room and i had to pay cash/mpesa to even get in. Rip off. Stay away from them. They haven't even refunded my money so i apid twice. I can see the person online on Whatsapp and when i call they don't pick up calls. They Are Scammers Beware. "

"Altogether everything was okay. Though the statys of the washing area was not in good condition. The sink and washing washing machine had mould all over and this makes one doubt the cleanliness of the towels and and beddings washed in it. Considering the size of the property, 15 units of electricity was not enough for 3 nights yet there was 9 of us in the property. Wifi was selective on some phones. Water dispenser was not replenished. You need to consider the size of the family before rationing...

Superb hotel

"A lovely clean hotel but without doubt the best experience was the quality of service by the staff where nothing was too much trouble. If you want quality service with friendly helpful staff then look no further that the Hotel Sapphire. I will definitely use this hotel when I return later in the year."
