"Beautiful property, felt like home. The breakfast was delicious! They even surprised us with cake for our wedding anniversary. The towels and sheets smelt amazing! "

"The property was not actually located at the address shown on my reservation. When we arrived, we found out that the accommodation was at a different address, which was already very concerning. Once we entered the property, there were several serious health and safety issues. The room had a very strong moldy smell, and one of the light fixtures was falling down, which we felt was dangerous. The bathroom was located on the first floor, and the bathroom window was open and could not be closed....

"We wanted a room we could spread out a little bit. The room looked pretty nice in the photos. We were not going to cook so we didn’t rent it for the kitchen(it was a one bedroom apartment). "Saratoga Arms is the absolute BEST HOTEL TO STAY!!!"

"Nice hot tub , comfy bed , good breakfast choices."

"Wonderful stay. Lovely staff and very welcoming owner. Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended."

"Wonderful house, the room was spotless, comfortable bed and lovely lounge area downstairs (although I wasn't able to enjoy that part this trip I hope to in the future). Air conditioner was much appreciated as we are between seasons and it was hot that night. Host very helpful, parking in the rear could be a bit of a walk to the front door entrance for some people but you can always park, walk your bags to the front door then park your car out back. Try the baldwinsville Diner - 5 minute...

"Our room and any others that we snuck a peek in were all gorgeous. The architectural details of this 1901 mansion are amazing. Old world charm but with plenty of updates like AC, WiFi, etc. Excellent made to order breakfast can’t be beat. Within easy walking distance to the main drag where most of the shops and restaurants are. Was a 10 minute drive to SPAC to see David Byrne in concert. Could have easily spent the day just relaxing at a number of spots around the grounds or inside. Would...
