"We had a terrible and horrible experience.
We booked for a 3 day stay last June 9-13,2026, ( temp averages 90-100) with my family including a 7 yo kid and a senior.
The unit has no working AC. I informed the management and asked to send someone to check the AC. No reply..
sent messages again and demanded to give us another unit with working AC if he is not sending someone to check/fix the AC. With no AC working and high temperature on those days we barely can sleep and started to feel sick...

"This boutique hotel just re-opened. Everything is very chic and squeaky clean. It was very lightly booked when I went so the staff were incredibly attentive. They're still working a few bugs out, but everything was pretty smooth.
For example, there weren't instructions on parking, but when I arrived, I called their number. Instead of finding myself on hold, someone answered immediately and opened the garage remotely in seconds.
The location is a block from the restaurants and H-Mart in...

"Other than being convenient to the Dodgers stadium, I was not impressed. Smelled moldy, shower barely warm, had to pay for parking in their own lot, staff were nice enough but not personable, shared microwave- which I didn't use."
