"Everything we used was functional and in good repair. The window covering was strange: they had a pull down blackout shade that had a photo of a city on it. To open the shade would be to lose privacy, because there were no curtains or shears to let in any light. Upon check-in, there was a sign that threatened a $50 fine for disturbing adjacent guests, or for theft. We didn't view that as welcoming.
