"I felt very welcome! I had a pretty rough journey into Springfield, but they started my trip off on the right note. I felt like I got real hospitality, and they were very helpful in terms of helping me orient to the town and figure out where things are. The room was even more spacious than I thought, I thought I got a room for one but it could have effectively housed a small family. Breakfast was great! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone traveling through Springfield."

"The mini fridge wasn’t deep cleaned and the room could use an airing out between guests. There’s a bit of a musty smell. All the bedroom & bathroom windows open and, once aired, the smell goes away. "The Inn was charming with lots of character. You can see the pieces of history inside the rooms even though they’ve modernized it for comfort. It was perfect. Stay for us inconvenient locations to the places we needed to go. I would definitely stay there again."

"The water heating was broken so we had freezing showers the entire time. I had texted the owners earlier on about this but never got a response. Our room also had an ant infestation and smelled very heavily of a mildew, antique-esque smell. The apartment/common areas were set to 65F on the A/C but in reality was closer to 26-27°C (80F). "Nice clean room, great for a quick stay! I only needed to be in Boston for one night and this was a great option. 15 minute walk to the Red Line, and it wasn't a bad walk at all. Got back to the place my first night pretty late, but the area was clean and I wasn't nervous about feeling unsafe or anything of that nature. I didn't use the kitchen or some of the other offered amenities but regardless was a pleasant stay. Would definitely come back for any quick trips!"
