"Room was amazing, there was a small pile of black dust on sheets. Maybe from the ceiling. The entire building though was top notch, amenities included. Front desk worker was a little unwelcoming with his quiet tone and no greeting. "

"The ALoft is great value, but unfortunately my room was subject to a lot of noise, adjacent to elevators and facing a busy street. Front desk staff were all terrific. Bathroom was clean. Room itself could have used better vacuuming; crumbs on carpet from previous guests. I appreciated the in-room coffee!"

"I always stay at this Hyatt place when going to the armory. The location is great and the breakfast is really good. My first time complaint is since the last time I was here, the televisions changed and now the way to google cast constantly gets messed up. I had a Fri/Sat stay and the google cast worked when I checked into the room, but once the tv was turned off it would then no longer. "Great location, room was clean, staff were helpful. The only complaint was the water pressure too low. We were on the second floor on the west side of the hotel. Pressure seemed better at the pool area. Restaurant was very nice and staff were very pleasant. Room service was an added plus. Would definitely return. "
