"I had a horrible experience. I booked in advance and when arrived they have given my room up because I didn’t checkin by 6pm and we arrived around 8pmbut I paid for the room already. This was during a busy weekend where the furniture convention was in town and every hotel was book within and 1 and 10mins distance. We were lucky to have found a motel which was horrible and dirty but we had no choice e. This hotel left us in a city with no hotel, no other options and the night staff was so rude...

"The breafast is awesome. The AC is great. There are 2 elevators for a 4 story Hotel which is perfect elevaroring. Only the number 1 car is in operation which causes long registration times (response to hallway call buttons) Plus the unit that does work has the Home Landing at the lobby instead of just on demand operation with last stop parking. Response time to up or down calls is improved when only one unit out of a duplex group is in running condition, instead of always returning to home...

I thought that maybe the property was short-staffed, but the front desk ladies were just sitting and talking when not checking someone in (instead of doing what needed to be done). "The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. Check-in was slow but it appeared to be complicated software. The room and bathroom were clean. Third floor elevator request button would not light so I could never be sure the elevator was coming. The bed was comfortable but I really wish hotels would provide a few pillows with volume as opposed to puffy pillows that flatten as soon as they are put to use."
