"I was billed through Expedia and billed directly on a 2nd credit card. The Jackson staff was not helpful in resolving their overbilling. It is still not resolved to my satisfaction."

"This place is great! Bruce is a wonderful host-very hospitable and knowledgeable about the area. Beth , the breakfast chef, makes the most delicious breakfasts! The grounds are beautiful and well groomed! Sitting on the screen porch at night with a cocktail was very relaxing! Cannot say enough good things about the inn and the people there!
