"The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly.
Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. Bathroom was clean and fine, so were beds. Once we adjusted the thermostat it was warm. They could do better snow clean up on the property, other guests had to shovel out a...

"The room smelled clean when I walked in and was very clean! I walked around barefoot even (don’t attack me lol) and the bottom of my feet were still clean which says a lot in my opinion. the bed was alright but the sheets and pillows were really comfortable. the area was quiet and is very close by to a lot of places. They were mostly a 5-10 min drive. The staff was very kind and pleasant to talk to! "

"The room was freezing when I arrived and it took hours for it to warm up.
There was NO coffee with the continental breakfast.
The staff was nice. The room was ok albeit unacceptably cold."

"The staff is amazing, very accommodating! We stayed to ski at Tenney and it was a great experience. Affordable clean stay. We will return . If you are looking to ski at Tenney and not spend an arm and a leg on your stay this is the place!"
