"For some reason my room card just would not work in allowing access to the room. Numerous times I had issues. But every time the staff was very helpful in rectifying the situation."

A previous guest had signed in to a streaming service, so I didn't have to bother my lovely wife, but that really should be cleared after each stay. Air conditioning window unit was not secured, which is something we consider necessary on first floor/easily reached spaces. Plumbing in bathroom was very loose for some reason. "This property is located in the short north arts district of Columbus and was right near all the best restaurants, shopping and OSU campus. The home was super clean and equipped with convenience. Loved the hot tub and nice robes provided for use! Great place! Highly recommend!"
