"The receptionist was far from hospitable and unprofessional. The room upon checking hard a strong smell of curry and the beds had squeaky exposed wooden frames. The gym was ridiculously small and could nearly fit one person with little or not much space to work in. I would never make the mistake of visiting or booking for a stay. My family remains terrified of this experience."

"First time and not the last.. it is a beautiful property. The staff made it very enjoyable. The Wednesday evening I went to the restaurant terrace and the staff went out of their way to bring a heat lamp, made a special cocktail and served up a great Reuben and Chocolate dessert."

"Food was not the greatest. Menu was limited, breakfast buffet was mediocre, had to wait quite a while for coffee to be refilled. No lunch is available. Quite a lot of stairs from the resort building to the beach and outdoor facilities that should be noted especially for seniors and persons with mobility issues. As well there are no elevators on the premises which should again be noted. Staff were excellent. Very helpful and pleasant."

"We were pretty dissapointed with this stay. We drove 2 1/2 hrs for a family get away and wanted a place fun for the kids and jolly roger seemed perfect. It has a indoor and outdoor pool, mini golf, pool tables, restaurant and pub , and a basketball court . I have to say, The basketball room was great! We stayed in there for a lot of the time we were there. But the outdoor pool was closed because it was extremely dirty and green. The indoor pool also felt dirty and was turning green.
