"The location of the suite was the best thing regarding this place. The suite was older and mot upgraded at all. The check in procedure was a little more complicated as the keys where in a lock box 2 blocks away. But you were only 6 blocks from Rogers and the tower so the work required was worth it."

"We paid a lot of the jacuzzi tub in room. We couldn’t use it, shower drink or even brush our teeth. The water was brown and gross. Even after “flushing the pipes” for over an hour. They blamed the nearby road construction. However I stay and the hotel directly beside it, the week before and after with no water issues. No compensation was given. We left our booking sooner than planned. "

"I requested for cleaning on a Wednesday in the middle of my stay however, the lady at the front desk must not have inputted it in the system because it never happened. They comp me for this by providing the cleaning the following day and extending my checkout time on my last day the renovation was so noisy that it woke me up. Everything else was perfect. Amenities was great especially for staying for a business conference for a week. Location was also great. Everything was about 20 minutes away."

"The hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly. The highlight was the exceptional buffet breakfast. Lots of variety and enjoyed the coffee and orange juice service. The only negative were the bench seats in the dining area were too soft which made it hard to get out of. Minor overall. Shuttle vehicle hard to identify at the busy shuttle area at the airport. Definitely will stay again."
